The forecast stays, the route changes
Atlas still projects Indianapolis 24, Washington 20 with an explicitly uncalibrated 65% winner estimate. The score stays put because the Colts own the steadier quarterback plan and Washington now carries several confirmed absences into London. Jayden Daniels, Rachaad White, Sam Cosmi and Nick Cross are out. Marcus Mariota starts again.
That does not make Washington decorative. Mariota threw three touchdown passes without an interception in Week 3, and a neutral-site morning game can turn a sensible forecast into airport luggage. The body clock gets a vote. It does not get a veto.
One player leaves, another enters
Rachaad White is removed from the five-outcome card because Washington ruled him out. Tyler Warren replaces him at 10 or more receiving yards, projected at 31 with a 70% subjective estimate. Indianapolis lists Warren first at tight end, and he has 18 catches for 89 yards through three games. The low threshold asks for routine volume, not a highlight reel.
Jonathan Taylor remains at 60 or more rushing yards, projected 78 at 65%. Jacory Croskey-Merritt moves to the supported sleeper slot at 40 or more rushing yards, projected 55 at 55%, after White was ruled out. Keenan Allen falls to 50% for 35 receiving yards because he is questionable with a groin issue. Terry McLaurin falls to 45% for 50 receiving yards because he is questionable with a hamstring issue. Questionable is not active, inactive or an invitation to guess.
London weather is not the villain
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is open air. The UK Met Office point forecast updated Saturday showed sunny conditions around the 2:30 p.m. local kickoff, 21 to 22 C, less than a 5% precipitation chance, a 2 mph WSW wind and gusts to 9 mph. That supports no weather penalty for passing or kicking.
The retractable thing at Tottenham is the pitch, not the roof. Weather misinformation can now return quietly to its seat before it is escorted out.
The market moved, the total did not
A September 28 publisher display attributed Indianapolis -3.5, Indianapolis -180 and a 47.5 total to bet365. The same publisher's October 3 display showed Indianapolis -4.5, Indianapolis -220 and the same 47.5 total. That is a comparable one-point spread move toward Indianapolis with no total move.
These are publisher-displayed snapshots, not proof that either price was executable for every reader. The move is evidence of changed market opinion after the injury picture sharpened. It does not create Atlas's probability and does not prove a betting edge.
The last gate is still open
Final inactive lists are not posted. Allen and McLaurin cannot be promoted from questionable to active by optimism, and no replacement role is treated as automatic. This revision uses the official Friday status reports, current roles and a verified forecast. It is not the action lock.
For now, Indianapolis keeps the four-point lean. The player card loses one ruled-out runner, adds one short-area tight end, and lowers two questionable receivers. The Goblin has packed a passport and left certainty at security.
